MajikAndrew 2011

Posted by majikandrew on January 8, 2011 at 9:48 PM

Hey everyone and thank you for everything that ou have done over the past eight years for Majik Andrew Entertainment. I can still remember the first show that we performed. It was at the Grace Church of Lititz bout eight years ago. Since then Majik Andrew has had the opportunity to perform for over 150 groups including churches, schools, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, fairs, carnivals, corporate banquets, church camps, birthday parties plus many other events! Just in the past year we have doing shows where we have been opening for Christian bands at venues from churches to coffee houses!  This year has been amazing and a blessing at the same time.

I have had several focuses over the past eight years when it came to the shows. One of my first focuses that I had was the Money. Isn't everyone looking for a way to make a little extra cash? Well that was me. Once I started to perform, I became more interested in seeing the smiles on the faces of the children. Seeing them laugh and hearing them giggle was absolutely amazing. That's right, I'll admit it, I enjoy standing in front of 100 screaming kids, making a fool of myself just to see them laugh at me. On top of that, when I can tell them about the love of Jesus Christ in a way that any child will rememberm that is the one thing that tops it all.

About one year ago I looked at the collection of tricks that I possess and started thinking about all of the possibilities that I could come up with. I took the tricks that i perform for children, subtracted a couple of them, added several mentalism routimes, some comedy, and a message that will change any teenagers life forever and put together a show that is built just for the teenage heart! In the past year we have worked with several bands to produce some amazing shows. The bands are My Heart to Fear, The Pledge, Failure To Ecel, Calling Out Closer, Talain Rayne, The Historic and 180 Out. Although the bands that we've worked with this year are regional bands I must say that these are some of the best bands that I hae heard and I would work with them and recommend them to anyone anytime.

2011 holds a lot for Majik Andrew. We have submitted forms with several Christian/Clean Comedian Agencies, contacted several Christian Rock Bands, interviewed with sports teams and have seen a boost in the traffic that comes through majikandrew.com. We covet your prayers in 2011. Our focus for this year is missions and non profit organizations. I have been in conversation with my cousin in New York who is working on bringing Majik Andrew to her area of work. We are also working with a friend in Florida to do a major outreach event in the Sebring Florida area. We are excited for what God has in work for 2011!

Than you once again for what you have done to support Majik Andrew! The biggest thing that we ask right now is for prayer! Here are some things to pray for as this year starts:

-Pray for ministry opportunities to open up!

-Pray for lives to be changed as the Lemonade Experience is spread around!

-Pray for funding or the donation of a box trailer or small moving truck!

-Just pray!

Thank you my friends!!!!!!

We Love you all!!!!!!

For The Unseen Tour

Posted by majikandrew on February 14, 2010 at 7:54 PM

Good evening! The For The Unseen Tour is coming together! Our kickoff event was originally scheduled for Friday February 5th but due to the massive amount of snow that we received that night management decided to postpone the show until Saturday February 27th. Alot of work is going into this event. Unlike most concerts, this event will run through from beginning to end with a brief intermission before the headlining band. Majik Andrew has joined forces with Compassion International to try to raise money to feed, house, and educate children from third world countries. Please pray for everyone involved with the tour! Pray that God will be able to use every member to reach the world with God's love!

Thank you!

Good evening Majik Andrew fans! I am writing to you tonight to let you know about something really exciting that is happening with Majik Andrew. Majik Andrew has just partnered with Compassion International to help fund children in third world countries. At each one of Majik Andrew's teen and adult based shows you will be given the chance to change the life of an innocent child. For less then one dollar a day you can help feed a child, give them a home, clothes, a roof over their head, an education and a church to attend and learn about Christ. Please help Majik Andrew and Compassion International reach the world for Christ one child at a time!

Time Waits For Nothing ( POEM )

Posted by majikandrew on February 10, 2009 at 10:05 PM

There are alot of times that I feel like I'm doing my very best to share what I believe yet still seem to fail. It tears me apart inside when people reject what I believe. This poem speaks of how we must look beyond our spiritual pain, and continue sharing our faith in God no matter what the cost because time is running out.

Time Waits For Nothing

---

Time waits for nothing,

as they wait for time to pass.

Frustration blows their mind

from behind the looking glass.

---

They stand in anguish, pain

as sorrow fills their heart.

Not knowing where to go,

or how to do their part.

---

Pain forms behind the brow,

stretches downward on.

Hesitant to speak it now,

and tell them to move along.

---

Anguish, pain and grief

we raise them from our hands.

This is my belief,

we all must take a stand.

---

Stand for what you know,

and not for what you see.

Not what you can touch,

but that which you believe.

---

Believe what's in your heart,

the truth that God does bring.

Share it with the world,

'cause time waits for nothing.

The Joys of a new Baby

Posted by majikandrew on December 7, 2008 at 9:12 AM

I love the way she looks up at me with that twinkle in her eye. I know deep inside of her she is saying, "Daddy look at me!" The way she lays her head on my chest to fall asleep with her little arms and hands stretched around me as far as she can make them go. The little grunts and squeaks and noises that she makes are so adorable. I just wish that I knew what she was trying to tell me. When she cries, that bottom lip quivers, and it is just so cute. What a precious gift i was given! I love her so much.
